Mollymook Milton Ulladulla
Sweeping views of vineyards, green pastures, cattle grazing, lake and wetlands provides an idyllic setting for your ceremony, photographs and reception. The historic Creamery, built in the 1850’s from stones found on the property, and surrounding gardens provides a lovely backdrop for your ceremony, and a perfect setting for your guests to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapés, while the French inspired restaurant with covered terrace provides a contemporary setting for your sit down reception. To view the stunning locations for your ceremony on the property and endless photographic locations take a look at some images from previous weddings on the Cupitt’s website. Read wedding testimonials from previous clients.

Matthew Parris, (Foodie) The Times UK columnist “writes:
“Spectacularly sited on a headland with the pacific ocean all around, this hotel and restaurant is proof of Australia’s changing food culture and of a new swagger to the NSW south coast. Overseen by Rick Stein, Bannisters restaurant Mollymook is a memorable place to eat.
…Australia is about the best place to eat seafood. I began with oysters Charentaise, a mix of charcuterie and local rock oysters from the nearby Clyde River. None of that just-a-squeeze-of-lemon stuff here – this was bullish cooking in the confident Australian style, a bit of Europe, a bit of Asia and all of its own.
To that end, the Bannisters (NSW South Coast) menu offered steamed abalone with ginger and spring onions; lobster Thermidor; and flounder a la meuniere. A magnificent spicy, sticky Singapore chilli crab laden with garlic and coriander was brought to the table with a fine grilled fillet of snapper. All spectacular.” sainsburysmagazine.co.uk

Matthew Parris, The Times UK columnist “writes: ‘What a difference!‘ When last in Australia 25 years ago the food was meat pies and chips. Now its amazing.’ Before heading home we wanted to try Cuppit’s Winery. Facing rich pastures towards a forested skyline you can dine amid the vineyards in an old stone built bungalow or outside in the sun. The atmosphere is green, cool and tranquil. The 2011 Alphonse Sauvignon from the Shoalhaven Coast had a lemony bite to it, just right for a local menu of Black Angus beef with seafood. Try it. You’ll be surprised.” sainsburysmagazine.co.uk
Menu Log writes: “Chef Russell Chinn has been with Cupitt’s Winery since April 2010. Hailing from Yorkshire, England, Russell is classically trained in French cooking. His style is elegantly rustic using fresh, local and seasonal produce that results in full flavours with French/English influence”. Menu log
