Many of our Mollymook Beach Waterfront accommodation guests had been commenting in glowing terms about the Rick Stein signature dish, the ‘Fish Pie’. That became our obvious choice to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Rick Stein restaurant Mollymook , and it was magnificent!

Eight days later we returned for fine dining at Rick Steins and again chose his signature dish – the ‘Fish Pie’, the salmon, blue eye trevalla, snapper, scallops, mushroom and prawns with a breadcrumb and parmesan topping made for the perfect meal. January 2014
